If you can try to book your massage with therapist Tammy. She really knows how to give a tension relieving professional massage! My super tensed legs and back have benefited so much from her services. My flexibility and resilience in those areas have increased significantly. Grateful for her skills and experience. My body feels so relaxed afterwards I could swear I'm floating, lol. Remember to kinda power thru some of the beginning sensations as most of that initial potential uncomfortablity turns into the best feeling muscle relaxation. At least thats been my experience. Tammy is amazing! I’ve had the worst neck and shoulder pain that have made it hard to work. After 1 session I was feeling sooo much better, and after 2 sessions it’s mostly gone! She also found some other areas that needed worked on, that I didn’t even know were an issue until she found them. Overall feeling so much better. Plus she’s super nice and caring!

I was a winner of the TBT free back facial with additional service. I chose an hour massage to go with my back facial. Tammy takes extra care and incorporates hot stones and hot towels in her massage which most others charge extra for. I asked for medium pressure and she got it just right. I was not sure what to expect from the back facial - I've never had one before. Well apparently she did something right because I was so relaxed that I slept through much of the back facial. She's professional, personable and talented. Highly recommend.
